What problems should be paid attention to when installing the gas fire extinguishing system

1, the collection pipe of the combined distribution system should be made by welding method. Each opening should be machined before welding.
2, before the construction of the gas fire extinguishing system, the appearance of the extinguishing agent storage container, container valve, selection valve, liquid check valve, nozzle and valve drive (starting) device and other system components should be inspected. Before the installation of the system, the filling amount and filling pressure of the fire extinguishing agent in the fire extinguishing agent storage container should be checked, and the water pressure strength test and air pressure tightness test should be carried out one by one for the selection valve, the liquid check valve, the high pressure hose and the gas check valve in the valve drive (starting) device.
3, the storage area of the container is not allowed to enter irrelevant personnel. The carbon dioxide storage container (bottle group) and the supporting container valve, check valve and flow collection pipe should be installed in a special room, installed in the gas fire extinguishing pipe in the place of combustible gas, steam or dust that may cause explosion danger, and anti-static grounding device should be installed.
4. When the seamless steel pipe of the fire extinguishing agent transmission pipe is connected with flange, it should be galvanized inside and outside after welding. Pipes should be installed where pipes pass through walls and floors.
