There are two solutions for this problem.
1. Set the app to auto-start and always runs in background.
2. Download wechat app, and search for "Hengbosecurity" from official account on wechat and subscribe it. Then open the Hengbosecurity account and find menu of binding management, click add host, input host account number and password, save. Click remote management, and you can find the host you just added. Then you can arm, disarm it and receive alarm notification from wechat at app inactivity status.
