Troubleshooting TC3000 fire alarm and fire linkage control system

Analysis and solution of typical problems in TC3000 series automatic fire alarm and linkage control system
Example 1: when the computer is used to transmit linkage programming to the controller, the controller will report system failure and loop component failure, which will affect the loop component.
Solution: Before the introduction of linkage programming to temporarily remove the route, to be transferred after the end of the reconnect.
Example 2: Switching the controller on and off frequently sometimes causes the loop component to fail.
Solution: Each shutdown and boot time interval should be more than 1 minute.
Example 3: Each control panel in the system is faulty
Solution: shut down check the internal bus, check whether wiring is correct, wiring is reliable. If TVS1 (12V transient diode) short-circuits on the motherboard. Replace this component and the system returns to normal.
Example 4: System reports "loop fault"
Solution: Open the machine to check the background current value of the loop is greater than 24mA. Remove the loop and measure the background current value of the loop to see if it is normal (9-11mA). If normal, there is a problem with the external connection. Shutdown measurement of resistance between the circuit is about 5K ω (circuit full load), with a shaking meter to measure whether the insulation resistance between the circuit and the earth is greater than 20M(before measuring the two circuit together, otherwise it will damage the device on the bus). Check the line according to the inspection situation. If the circuit still fails after removing the outside line, there is a problem with the return circuit sub-board, and the return circuit sub-board should be replaced.
Example 5: The GND cable of the controller with CRT fire display system connects to the ground.
Solution: Disconnect the power grounding cable of CRT computer and monitor, or install RS232 serial isolator between serial cables.
Example 6: a loop without a substation board reports a loop fault.
Solution: This situation occurs when the actual number of loop subboards in the system is smaller than that specified in the program. Is a normal state, but in the actual application (more system debugging) sometimes need to take off the circuit sub-station board, then can be set by the last three digits of the pull code switch on the circuit board (TC3000S can not), according to the binary code can be set. Let's say there are actually several loops. If all loops are set to 0, all eight loops are valid.

Example 7: System operation is unstable, often false alarm or failure

Fire alarm linkage programming

Before on-site linkage logic programming, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the number and type of linkage devices carried by the system, and then compile linkage table according to the actual needs. The linkage relationship of automatic fire alarm system must meet the regulations and requirements of national fire department.
The following types of linkage devices need field programming:
1. pump:
This kind of equipment includes fire pump, spray pump, pressure stabilizing pump, fire hydrant pump, etc. This kind of equipment is the most important equipment in the fire fighting system, generally requires not only bus linkage control, but also special line control. Generally, the linkage relationship is set as follows:
A, fire pump: any fire hydrant alarm to start, some need to directly start the fire hydrant button. It can also be controlled in combination: such as any detector and a manual alarm button when the alarm is started.
B. Spray pump: start when pressure switch alarm or any water flow indicator and pressure switch alarm at the same time.
2. Fan Type:
This kind of equipment is also the more important equipment in the fire protection system. There are smoke exhaust fan, positive pressure fan, blower, exhaust fan, roof fan, new fan, air conditioning ventilation, etc. The linkage relationship is set as that when any smoke sensor, temperature sensor probe or manual alarm button of the unit alarms, the exhaust fan, exhaust fan and other fan equipment will start. Positive pressure fans, blower, air conditioning ventilation and other fan equipment stop. Generally, it is also required to open the smoke exhaust valve manually, and then automatically start the smoke exhaust fan in the corresponding fire zone.
3. valve:
The equipment includes smoke exhaust valve, fire valve and air supply valve. The linkage relationship is set to open the exhaust valve and close the air supply valve when any smoke sensor, temperature sensor or manual alarm button of the unit alarms.
4. Alarm, sound and light alarm:
This layer any smoke sensor, temperature sensor or manual alarm button alarm, start the layer and adjacent layer alarm or sound and light alarm (rolling layer), sometimes can not roll layer, only start the layer of equipment, this layer of fire hydrant button or water flow indicator alarm start this layer of alarm.
5. broadcast:
This layer any smoke sensor, temperature sensor probe or hand alarm button alarm, start this layer and adjacent layer broadcast control module (rolling layer), sometimes can not roll layer, only start the layer of equipment, this layer of fire hydrant button or water flow indicator alarm start this layer alarm.
6. the elevator:
Any cigarette butt, warm head or hand alarm button in this unit will start the linkage control module to control the elevator crash landing. When the system is small, no partition, any cigarette butt, temperature head or hand alarm button alarm, start the linkage control module control elevator crash landing.
7. Non-dissipation power supply:
Any cigarette butt, warm head or hand alarm button in this layer will start the linkage control module of non-extinguish power supply in this layer. (If the non-fire power supply is the main brake, use manual control mode).
8. Rolling shutter Door:
Fire detector sets (such as combination of smoke and temperature) and alarm devices should be set on both sides of the fire shutter on the evacuation passage, and manual control buttons should be set on both sides.
The fire shutter on the evacuation passage shall be automatically controlled and lowered according to the following procedures:
After the smoke detector in this fire zone is activated, the curtain shall be lowered to 1.8m from the ground (floor) surface.
The curtain drops to the bottom after the temperature detector in this fire zone moves.
Fire shutter used as fire separation, the shutter should be lowered to the bottom after fire detector action.
The alarm signal of smoke and temperature fire detector and the closing signal of fire shutter should be sent to the fire control room. The control of fire shutter is generally safer with the "and" door signal of two detectors as the control signal.
9. Gas Fire Extinguishing:
It is connected to the gas fire control panel and is externally connected with emergency start button and emergency stop button. In the linkage programming, to improve the reliability, a combination of "matching" can be used.

Linkage programming:
Linkage programming can be accomplished in two ways, as follows:
1) Use special linkage programming software to program on the microcomputer, and then pass it to the host through RS232 communication port.
2) Use the controller for linkage programming
