TC5000 series fire alarm controller offline programming operation instructions
1、 Information editing methods
1.1 Editing software:
You can directly edit. txt text files using the "Notepad" software or use the "Excel" spreadsheet software for editing.
1.2 Save format:
When editing with the Excel spreadsheet software, select "Text Files (Tab Separated) (*. txt)" as the save format. The file name for the secondary code annotation is TCZS. txt or tczs. txt. The linkage programming file name is TCLD.txt or tcld.txt. The file must be placed in the root directory of the USB drive in order to be transferred properly.
1.3 Editing method for device information (secondary code, annotation information, etc.):
Data format: Serial number, circuit address, secondary code, device type, device attribute, sensitivity, annotation information (do not add the content of this line to the file, enter the transmission data directly in the file)
For example: 0001 01 001 03001001 010 0 1 Annotations Annotations Annotations Annotations
★ "0001" is the serial number (4 digits) 0001-9999.
★ The data interval is a "delimiter". Press the "TAB" key to enter, and space intervals cannot be used. (All subsequent intervals are the same).
★ "01" is the circuit. 01-96 is the circuit number of the bus device, and 01-32 is the circuit number of the dedicated line panel 97-128.
★ "001" is the address. 0-255 is the address number of the bus device, and 0-15 is the address number of the dedicated line disk.
★ "03001001" is a secondary code (8 digits).
★ "010" is the device type (3-digit),
Type: 001 Temperature Sensor, 002 Smoke Sensor, 003 Composite, 004 Manual Alarm, 005 Interface, 008 Input,
009 output, 010 input/output, 011 sound and light, 012 fire hydrant, 015 floor display, 016 dedicated line
★ "0" is the device attribute, "0" indicates fire alarm, "1" indicates feedback, and "2" indicates supervision.
The input module can be set to the above three attributes.
★ "1" is the sensitivity level, only smoke detectors can set their sensitivity level, with three levels of sensitivity.
★ "Annotations Annotations Annotations" are annotation information that can be omitted, with a maximum of 10 Chinese characters per comment.
★ Each message must be entered with "Enter" to end.
1.4 Editing method for linkage programming information:
Data format: Does the serial number block the linkage programming content (do not add the content of this line to the file, input the transmission data directly in the file)
For example: 0019 0 (03003005011)=(0300121 * 004) _2X (0300122 * 004) _2
★ "0019" is the serial number (4 digits) from 0001 to 4600.
★ The data interval is a "delimiter". Press the "TAB" key to enter, and space intervals cannot be used. (All subsequent intervals are the same)
★ "0" means not to block this linkage, "1" means to block this linkage.
★ "(" is the start character of the linkage expression, ")" is the end character of the linkage expression, "=" is the start character of the linkage, and "=X" is the stop character of the linkage. The expression between () includes a quadratic code (8 bits), space, and device type (3 bits). The output part (linkage module) is before "=", and the input part (alarm or feedback) is after "=".
★ "*" is a wildcard character representing any number from 0-9. When using a wildcard character, "_"+1 digit "n" can be used after the parentheses to indicate that the condition is met when there are n alarms or feedback within the parentheses.
★ Multiple expressions such as "and" or "can be used, with the" or "symbol being"+"and the" and "symbol being uppercase X or lowercase X.
Each linkage must be completed by entering "Enter".
The total number of characters for each linkage cannot exceed 255 (including intervals).
2、 Offline transmission method:
When transmitting, first insert a USB flash drive. The JB-TG-TC5000 fire alarm controller (linkage type), JB-TB-TC5100 fire alarm controller (linkage type), and JB-LT-TC5200 fire alarm controller (linkage type) need to be connected to an adapter cable (B-type male to A-type female). Then insert the USB flash drive into the adapter cable.
When downloading secondary code comments, go to<Menu>-<7. Linkage Programming>-<3. Offline Programming>-<1. Download Secondary Code Comments>to start downloading.
When downloading linkage programming, go to<Menu>-<7. Linkage programming>-<3. Offline programming>-<2. Download linkage programming>to start downloading.
After the download is completed, the system will automatically reset.
3、 USB drive format description:
Only 2GB and below USB drives can be used and formatted in FAT16 format.
4、 The device includes:
1 TCBM5023 electronic encoder
⑵ One USB flash drive (2G and below)
⑶ One B-type male to A-type female adapter cable (30CM)
