Alarm panel dialed alarm and played the recording, but no hang up, why?

Alarm triggered and the alarm panel dialed alarm via PSTN or GSM network, then it played pre-recorded alarm report. But after recording playing, it did not hang up. Is it wrong?
No. The alarm panel has both dialing alarm and listen-in functions. It is entering into listen-in function, You can listen in voice on spot. If you don't need to listen in, you can set the function off.
The AC power failed for more than 10 hours, after recovery, the alarm panel beeps "di di" and hint fault. How to deal with it?
Because the backup battery standby time is 10 hours only. After 10 hours, the battery protection circuit works and the alarm panel doesn't work to aganist theft. When the AC power recovered, the alarm panel is restarted in abnormal way, so, it makes fault sound of "di di". Just make a call to the alarm panel, it will return to normal working status. (Above troubleshooting is suitable for Focus brand alarm system.)
