Bus connection system is the system connection mode used by fire alarm and security alarm system. The bus link system connects a number of detectors to a line in series. One bus can reach a distance of 800m-1km. It can be equipped with 128 detectors, each detector has its own address. The alarm can directly display the address of the detector and indicate it on the electronic map.
There are a few things to note about bus connections.
The bus signal cable must be RVV2*1.0 oxygen-free copper parallel power cable (not shielded cable or twisted pair cable). The power cord shall be parallel with 2*0.75 oxygen free copper. For hand-in-hand cabling, the distance between branch line and main line should not exceed 5 meters. (Series connection)
