Hi all and congrats for this forum!
I have a problem with an FC-7540 alarm system. I am from Greece.
It has the FC-7540 firmware V1.40F_SIA_TCP Jul 22 2016.

When I place a sim card from Vodafone (new one) I have a weird situation...
When I call the alarm system, it is answering the call but the does not plays the voice message that asks for the password and all the other options.
I can activate alarm (stay or leave) without problem via sms and I can even get sms responses.

If I change the SIM card with any other SIM card from Wind, or any other provider the message is ok and all is OK.
The problem is that my provider is Vodafone and I want to have the new sim.
Can you please help me?

Also I am from Greece and the voice message is in Greek language.
If I make the firmware upgrade to the Firmware V1.42F_SIA_TCP 29-11-16 it will loose the Greek message?
