Q: Do you provide warranty service and Tech Support?
A: Yes, one year warranty is provided for alarm panel,
and 3 months warranty is provided for accessories.
Unlimited tech support is provided.
Q: What type of alarm system is supplied?
A: We supply wireless and wired alarm system and both compatible types.
Q: What is the Frequency for wireless alarm system?
A: 315MHz or 433.92MHz can be optional.
Q: What applications do your products have?
A: We have simple on site alarm system such as KS-60B for low safety requirement places, KS-258 of wireless alarm for rent apartment safety, KS-899 wireless with wired for home, office, shop safety, KS-858 for home, commercial, hotel, community safety, KS-200A/B for long distance safety such as school, enterprise etc.
Q: What features do your products have?
A: Most systems are with door chime, emergency zone, medical help zone, burglar zone etc. Each detectors can be set independently. Some system are with GSM character, and with tamper-resistant, telephone cut alert, AC/ DC power change automatically, low power alert etc.
Q: What circuit type is supported for wired alarm?
A: Generally, Normal open, Normal close are optional and 2.2K Resistance should be connected to panel outlet with different way.
 

 
Q: What receiving alarm phone attribute can be set?
A: Voice format, CID format, arm message, disarm message, low power message.
Q: What kinds of phone service is needed for auto dialing function?
A: It works with any phone services such as standard land line service, Cable phone, Vonage etc.
Q: What features do your auto dialing system have?
A: Maximum calling times can be set. Can break into alarm when phone is occupied and recover then.
Q: Are your system easy to arm & disarm?
A: Yes, you can arm/disarm via cell phone, telephone or keypad and some models are with voice guide.
Q: Do your system support delay arm/disarm?
A: Yes, most system support delay arm/disarm, and two timers are available to set. At home/away home arm are available to set as well.
Q:Is wireless detector easy to programmed to alarm panel?
A:Yes,wireless detectors and remoters are learned to alarm panel automatically.
Q:What features of the detectors?
A:Most detectors are temperature compensated and anti white light, anti magnetism,pet immunity design to avoid interference.
Q:How about the power supply circuit and backup battery?
A:The power supply circuit is low power consumption designed and we use Ni-MH battery as alarm panel backup battery. AAA large volumn battery is used as detector power to easy for change and long life.
Q:Is the system easy to install?
A:Yes, all screws and brackets are included in packing and it is easy to paste or mount.
